Wherever you would like to hold your Masonic Ladies Festival, Square Events will source a venue for your Masonic Ladies Weekends or hotels for Masonic Ladies Weekend. We do not charge the lodge any money for sourcing the Ladies festival hotels and venues and will negotiate the best package prices based on your requirements with no hidden charges or money added to the hotel price.
Masonic Ladies Festivals are the only events that we organise and it is our aim to ensure your Ladies Festival is a complete success and that the President, Festival Secretary, Lodge members and most importantly the Ladies all have a fantastic time in ideal Ladies Weekend hotels and venues.
Organisers of Masonic Weekends can choose from two different services
Square Events Management just find and confirm the Ladies Festival hotel or Ladies Weekend venue
OR
Square Events Management assist the organiser in finding and booking the Ladies Festival hotel or Ladies Festival venue PLUS contact membership, manage the finances, coordinate additional suppliers such as florist, toastmaster, photographer, band or disco and other entertainment
