At no extra cost to you we can achieve more for your money!

Whether it’s for a weekend package or overnight stay the price includes the following:

Friday night (where appropriate)
Dinner (buffet or informal dinner option)
Discotheque
Overnight accommodation and full breakfast

Saturday night
Area for reception drinks
Gala dinner
Professional Toastmaster
Discotheque (can be upgraded to a live band)
2 bunches of flowers (for the Presidents wife and the Festival Secretary’s wife), Table flowers
Place settings, seating plan & masonic menu cards

We can also arrange for a photographer to be in attendance

Full use of venue’s leisure facilities where applicable
Reduced rates for guests staying additional nights

We try to make our packages as flexible as possible so if there is anything else you need or is not required it can be incorporated or removed.

We can also arrange to initially mail out the literature/booking forms to your prospective guests promoting the festival and we can organise the collection of monies and provide regular update reports as to the progress of events.
